Yes, we have single office suites and large suite combinations available for your consideration. All inclusive pricing options range from $650 to $2500. The pricing includes not only utilities, but technology infrastructure including IT support, WIFI, Hi-speed broadband, Hi-volume networked copier with pdf scanning and, in most instances, parking facilities.
No, you do not as there are many good reasons to locate your office here and join our community. Depending upon your clientele and reason for wanting to be near the courts and seat of state government, you will find us accommodating and welcoming. Law firms benefit particularly, both from a convenience and business cross referral/development standpoint. There are usually immediate cross referral and overflow legal work opportunities available, so please do inquire.
Yes, The Law Buildings LLC management will honor standard commissions for tenant referrals as is customary in the real estate community.
